How to join ASP Online Support Workshops

You will be able to join the online support workshops using your iPad/iPhone, Android device, laptop or PC. Online meetings have replaced the branch workshops and will take place as shown on the ASP calendar (bottom of homepage).

Please note – you will require a camera and microphone to enable you to video conference.

Instructions:

Click on the following link or copy and paste it in to your browser address bar: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3864181912
For the first time, you will need to download the Zoom App if using a mobile device (iPad/iPhone or Android). If you are using a Windows laptop or PC, click on Download and run Zoom and install the software.
Once installed click on ‘join via installed app’ or for a Windows device, ‘Join a meeting’
You will then be prompted to enter the following Meeting ID: 386 418 1912 (password not required)
At this stage, you will be asked to enter your name and choose whether you want to join via video or audio
If this is not the first time you are joining an ASP Zoom meeting, you may have been sent an email invite, and you can enter by clicking on the Zoom meeting link in the email

You may join from 7:30pm. Please note: ASP workshops are run entirely by volunteers and may end early, once all attendees have been helped or if numbers are low. To ensure that you receive support, we ask that all attendees join meetings at 7.30pm.
